Recapture

At Christmas I met my Drama and Theatre teacher, Christine Carter. It was great to catch up - to reflect on our times at Boroughbridge High (1997-2001) but also great to discuss education today and their status as a specialist school in the Arts. So, the school is holding 25 year celebrations later this year and I am asked to recreate a scene from Ibsen's "A Dolls House" with my former Drama partner, Nicola.

I have not done any drama in years (in fact since I was last at school, aged 18). At the time this text was our mock exam. To re-learn the lines and perform again is actually a little daunting, especailly as it is part of the celebration event. But it will be great to relight my drama days and maybe my career will change direction... see you at the Globe Theatre soon (maybe).

Getting told off... again!
